The conditions for the free HomeCompare comparison.
Service
HomeCompare provides an automated informational comparison of exactly two supported residential addresses. The free comparison gives consumers the complete on-screen result without charge. Paid reports are not enabled in this release. Both use user-entered facts and the sources described in the methodology. The service is not tax, legal, medical, financial or real-estate advice.
Data limitations and responsibility
Sources can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Ranges are not quotations. Journeys can change with timetables and disruptions. Users must verify taxes, insurance offers, contract terms and material decisions with the linked official services or appropriate professionals. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights under Swiss data-protection law, the GDPR or applicable consumer law.
Responsible use
Use HomeCompare only for lawful personal or authorised household decisions. Do not enter another person's address, workplace or household information unless you are authorised to do so. The service is not directed at children; adults remain responsible for any household information they submit.
Separately licensed open map data
The supermarket-location extract is derived from OpenStreetMap, © OpenStreetMap contributors, and is available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. The complete machine-readable derivative and notices and method are freely accessible. These service and report terms impose no additional restrictions on the rights the ODbL grants for that database. Retailer names identify mapped businesses and do not imply endorsement.
Law and contact
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection provisions. Provider and contact details are in the imprint.
